- Core technology and intellectual property must be owned by the team or authorized in writing by the rights holder, and must not infringe any third party's intellectual property
- Entries must be submitted by a team of no fewer than 3 and no more than 10 members
- Each entry may register for only one track; duplicate registrations are invalid
