The BBS aims to create and build a platform for communication and exchange between Chinese and foreign young people on the revitalization of the cultural and tourism industry in rural areas. Through keynote speeches, round-table discussions, night conversations around the stove and other forms, the methodology of sustainable development of rural areas, protection of villages and scientific development is discussed. At the same time, with the theme of "transformation of a house, revival of a village", it explores the new driving force for the development of rural culture and tourism industry through the design and transformation of folk houses, and creates "new standard of luxi tourism" through the introduction of emerging formats, so as to inspire the young people to enliven the countryside and drive the growth of rural vitality.

Background information

芦溪县位于江西省西部,为省辖市萍乡的东大门。东与宜春市袁州区相交,南与安福县、莲花县接壤,西临萍乡市安源区、湘东区,北靠上栗县。 “袁水东奔彭蠡浪,萍川西注洞庙波。”“袁水”与“萍水”为萍乡分流湘赣两江的两大水系。芦溪居袁水源头,袁水源头古称芦溪,因河得名——为芦溪县地名的由来。

芦溪自古称“枕吴头而压楚尾”,为横锁湘赣两省要道。以高速、高铁等现代陆上交通为主,实现芦溪与新宜萍城市群以及长株潭城市群的联系与合作。

  • 资源结构相对完整,类型丰富,具备较大开发潜力;

  • 市场号召力强高品质资源少,应注意资源价值的挖掘和演绎;

  • 资源空间分布比较均衡,资源空间组合度佳,各板块特]色明显;

  • 人文资源为主,但资源价值和内涵有待挖掘;

  • 以人文景观为主的建筑、古村、古镇,以自然景观为主的山地、水域、田源资源状况良好,开发价值大。

Design choices

Game set

  • This competition adopts two competition systems, namely, the well-known brands and designers invited by the organizer and the independent registration.

  • CP combination: the competition encourages home stay brand founder + designer team to form a team together.

  • Targeted investigation and architectural design were carried out for six villages in luxi county and their surrounding environment, and creative and appropriate plans were put forward in terms of overall positioning, village planning, industrial ecology, public landscape and single home stay design.

  • The selection will be judged by a panel of experts, who will determine the final ranking.

  • The brand will be invited to participate in the competition and submit a comprehensive plan integrating design and operation to the competition organizing committee according to the field investigation and design. After professional evaluation, the winner will win the grand prize and enjoy the preferential policies and bonus provided by luxi government.

Submission

  1. PPT of the operation ideas of homestays, covering brand positioning, operation, marketing and other aspects.

  2. The design scheme of four A1 boards -- single home stay and the whole village public landscape (including but not limited to the general plan, building plan, elevation, section, effect and analysis) and the picture data that can fully express the design idea (300dpi)

  3. One copy of design specification in WORD format on A4 paper of not more than 500 words (bilingual in Chinese and English)

  4. Information about participants, including name, address, telephone number or WeChat, email address, company, recent photo, etc

落地奖提交内容

  1. 民宿运营思路PPT,内容涉及民宿品牌定位、运营、营销等各方面;

  2. 4块A1展板的设计方案——设计点单体/组合民宿(包含但不限于总平面图、建筑平面图、立面图、剖面图、效果图及分析图)以及能充分表达设计构思的画面资料(300dpi);

  3. 东阳村与报恩台村设计点的整村公共景观的规划为自主选项,非硬性要求;

  4. 不超过500字的A4纸WORD格式设计说明一份;

  5. 参赛者相关信息,包括姓名、地址、电话或微信、邮箱、单位、近照;

  6. 本次大赛报名、作品提交、作品展示、大众评选、专家评审、获奖公示均在官网进行。

Submit content of your choice

  • Video (2-4 minutes) : in order to better present the conception of the work, a short video can be submitted, including the appearance of team members. The design concept of the work can be described in combination with the exhibition board. The format of video is MPEG, MP4 and AVI.

  • All submitted materials shall be stored in a separate folder by category and packaged for submission (the folder shall be named after the group member).

评选流程

专家评审

评审标准建议: 民宿品牌定位的独特性与市场潜力、 民宿运营计划的合理性及可持续性、民宿设计的专业性及创新性、民宿品牌的营销计划及传播推广策略、民宿品牌的公益性及对在地经济文化的推动策略。

评分体系: 专家评审的分数将占总分数的95%。

大众投票

大赛作品完成后,利用自媒体平台发起大众评审投票环节。内容将展示作品的创作理念、效果图和平面图。在全国范围内邀请投票,在截止日期前,按照投票先后顺序记录排名,占总成绩的5%。

奖项设置

本次民宿设计大赛共设置全场设计奖项八名,依照名次排序所获金额不同;全场大奖两名,300万落地补贴。
