BACKGROUND
竞赛背景



晋江地处福建东南沿海,与台湾一水之隔,是中国著名侨乡。
唐开元六年(718)置县,至今已有1300多年历史,历史上是泉州府首邑,人文荟萃,风光秀美,素有“泉南佛国”、“海滨邹鲁”之美誉。
改革开放四十多年来,在“晋江经验”指导引领下,晋江已然成为全国县域经济发展典范、中小城市建设样板。

Jinjiang is located in the southeast coast of Fujian Province, acrosses the sea from Taiwan, and is a famous hometown of overseas Chinese. It was founded in the Tang Dynasty, Kaiyuan six years (718) with a history of more than 1,300 years. It is the first town of Quanzhou with many famous figures and beautiful scenery, known as " Buddhist country of South of Quanzhou ", "beautiful seaside". After more than 40 years of reform and opening up and under the guidance of "Jinjiang experience", Jinjiang has become a national model of county economic development and Model for building small and medium-sized cities. It is a county-level city where more than 98% of enterprises are private enterprises, and with 1/200 of the land area of Fujian Province, but it generates nearly 1/16 of the GDP of the province. The basic competitiveness of county economy ranked 7th ~ 4th in China for 21 consecutive years, leading the county economy of Fujian Province for 28 consecutive years.



晋江人与晋江精神
晋江人“敢为人先、爱拼敢赢”的精神,推动了这座城市的快速发展,造就了一方水土的蓬勃生机。一个个杰出的晋江人,以勤奋的汗水和睿智的思考,交织出无数个晋江奋斗的感人故事,传承弘扬着“晋江经验”,也向海内外传播着晋江文化精神。
“问渠那得清如许,为有源头活水来。”晋江之水,奔涌向海,激荡起一曲曲奋进之歌。曾几何时,晋江因地少人多山贫瘠而垦殖海洋,远下南洋乃至五大洲谋生。改革开放之初,“爱拼敢赢”的晋江人大胆实践,从搞作坊、办工厂起步,实现了经济规模“福建县域第一”“全国县域第四”的惊人跨越,闯出了一条具有晋江特色的发展道路。

The People and Spirit of Jinjiang
Jinjiang people's spirit of "dare to be the first, willing to fight and to win" has promoted the rapid development of the city and made this place become famous. Countless outstanding Jinjiang people, with diligent and intelligence, created countless moving stories of Jinjiang, and they not only inherit and carry forward the "Jinjiang experience", but also spread the spirit of Jinjiang culture at home and abroad.
"Ask the canal why it can be so clear, because there is a source of living water." Jin jiang water, rushing to the sea, stirring up a song of endeavour. Once upon a time, Jinjiang reclaimed the sea because of the great population but small living place with barren mountains, and even went far to the South Ocean and even the five continents to make a living. At the beginning of reform and opening up, Jinjiang people who "willing to fight and to win" boldly tried to engage in workshops and run factories, and realized the achievement of economic scale and became "the first in Fujian County" and "the fourth in the country county", and created a development road with Jinjiang characteristics.
"Willing to fight and to win" is the lasting force throughout the economic and social development vein of exploration practice and innovative development under "Jinjiang experience"

海丝文化
“苍官影里三洲路,涨海声中万国商。”官至尚书右丞、原籍山东的南宋名臣李邴曾有诗云如是。只此一句,便写尽海丝起点晋江的鼎盛繁华。“三洲”即在晋江畔,宋元时期,这里万国商船鳞次栉比,万国乡音人声鼎沸。走进来的各国商人,走出去的晋江华侨,晋江接纳着异域文化风情,也把闽南独特的风俗人情带到全世界。
千年古邑晋江,在远近商帮的流转里,走出了蜚声海内外的晋江五店市。唐朝以降,这里商埠繁华,名门望族辈出,至今仍保留有闽南最大规模的明清红砖古厝建筑群,叫人惊叹不已。无独有偶,始建于明洪武年间的梧林传统村落,几经变迁,更是群集了众多华侨大宅,百年间万国建筑绰约生长,叫人流连忘返。斗转星移,来去晋江之间,我们循迹众多人文景观,仰怀那深厚的海丝文化印记,更以万千的历史豪情,赓续着新时代的“海上丝路”荣光。

The Culture of Maritime Silk Road

And this sentence, describe the prosperity of the start point of Maritime Silk Road in Jinjiang. "Three continents" are the Jinjiang lake, where has the merchant ships of all nations and the people from all nations in Song and Yuan dynasties. With businessmen from all over the world came in, and local people went out, Jinjiang accepted the exotic culture and customs, and also brought the unique customs of southern Fujian to the world.
Thousands of years old town Jinjiang, has become famous at home and abroad. Since the Tang Dynasty, there has been a prosperous commercial port and a generation of famous families. To this day, there still reserves largest complex of red brick ancient houses of Ming and Qing dynasties in southern Fujian, which is amazing. Coincidentally, the Wulin traditional village, built in the Hongwu years of the Ming Dynasty, has undergone several changes, and it is a cluster of many overseas Chinese mansions, making people linger through all these years. Nowadays, we discover many cultural landscapes, and admire the profound culture of the Maritime Silk Road, and will continue to the glory of "Maritime Silk Road" in the new era with our love.



著名侨乡
晋江“人稠山谷瘠”,自古有“造舟通异域”的创业冲动,促使晋江人逐渐走向海外,“十户人家九户侨”是晋江最大的特色之一。晋江华侨、华人多达300万,是本土人口的3倍,加上百万外来人员,故有“海内外500万晋江人”之说。遍布世界60多个国家和地区,特别是东南亚最多。涌现出一大批侨领,仅菲律宾就涌现出被菲律宾人尊称为“国父”的扶桑·黎刹、“最高度爱国者”王彬,以及“木材大王”李清泉、“烟草大王”陈永栽等风云人物。

Famous hometown of overseas Chinese
Jinjiang people had the ambition to creation ships to other places from ancient time under the situation of great population but barren mountains. So, it has the characteristics of "among ten families, there will be nine families overseas" The number of Jinjiang overseas Chinese, Chinese up to 3 million, is 3 times the local population, with the addition of millions of foreigners, so there is a saying goes "5 million Jinjiang people at home and abroad". What’s more,It covers more than 60 countries and regions in the world, especially Southeast Asia. A large number of overseas Chinese leaders have emerged, and only in the Philippines, Fuso Rizal, who is respected by Filipinos as the "father of the nation", Wang Bin, the "most highly patriot", and Li Qingquan, the "timber king" and Chen Yongzai, the "tobacco king", have emerged.

经济强市
2023年GDP完成3363.5亿元,增长6.5%,财政总收入250.7亿元、增长8.6%,县域经济基本竞争力居全国第4,县域经济和社会综合发展指数跃居全国第3,综合经济实力连续30年居全省县域首位,以福建省1/200的土地创造全省1/16的GDP。5个方面特别突出:
①民营主导。培育超31万户市场主体、近10万家民营企业和52家上市公司,数量居全国县域前列。全市97%以上企业是民营企业,民营企业创造的产值、税收、就业岗位都在90%以上。
②集群优势。拥有1个超三千亿(鞋服),1个超千亿(纺织)、2个超五百亿(建材、食品)、2个超三百亿(智能装备、医疗健康)产业集群。集成电路产业链加快集聚,规模突破百亿;医疗健康龙头项目加速破题。
③品牌之都。拥有中国鞋都、世界茄克之都等15个区域品牌,中国驰名商标46枚,超70家企业到境外设立商务机构,恒安、安踏等知名品牌逐步走向国际化。
④创新型(县)市。在全省县域率先成立首个市委科创委,引进12家国字号科研机构,拥有3所本硕高校,三创园获评国家级科技企业孵化器,全市共有科技型中小企业894家、高新企业849家,规上企业研发投入68.8亿元,成为全国首批国家创新型(县)市。
⑤改革重地。先后承担48项国家级改革试点,圆满完成32项改革任务,多项改革成果在全国推广,是全省乃至全国改革试点最多、成果最丰富的县级城市之一。2023年获评全国首批自然资源节约集约示范县(市)。

The City with Strong Economy

The leading position of private economy.
Cultivate more than 310,000 market entities, nearly 100,000 private enterprises and 52 listed companies, ranking first in the number of counties in the country. More than 97% of the city's enterprises are private enterprises, and the output value, tax revenue and employment created by private enterprises are more than 90%.

The city with many well-known brands.
It has 15 regional brands such as the shoe capital of China and the jacket capital of the world, 46 well-known trademarks of China, more than 70 enterprises to set up business institutions overseas, Hengan, Anta and other well-known brands gradually internationalization.

Innovative (county) city.
In the province's counties took the lead in the establishment of the first municipal committee of science and technology innovation, the introduction of 12 national brand scientific research institutions, with 3 master universities, Sanchuang Park was awarded the national science and technology enterprise incubator, the city a total of 894 small and medium-sized enterprises, high-tech enterprises 849, the planning of the enterprise research and development investment of 6.88 billion yuan, becoming the first national innovative (county) city.

Key areas for reform.
It has undertaken 48 state-level reform pilots, successfully completed 32 reform tasks, and a number of reform results have been promoted nationwide, making it one of the county-level cities with the most reform pilots and the richest results in the province and even the country. In 2023, it was awarded the first national demonstration county (city) of conservation and intensive natural resources.

晋江,一座有着深厚的文化底蕴、鲜活的生活风格、丰富的产业集群积淀的城市。我们希望以文创IP设计为题,展现晋江人“敢为人先,爱拼敢赢”的晋江精神,呈现晋江文化,发掘晋江好物,传播晋江故事。“城市好物在发生,晋江故事在发声”,我们期待设计师们将晋江文化特色注入到作品创作中,聚焦在丰富的晋江城市文化,提炼出极具创意性与传播度的晋江城市IP,鼓励设计师们结合晋江产业特色与文旅消费场景,注重作品的落地可能与商业转化,以设计为晋江发声,以创意为晋江代言,创作出一批批代表晋江的文创设计,助力晋江文旅提升发展。

Good Merchandise from Jinjiang-2024 Jinjiang International Cultural and Creative Design Competition Jinjiang is a city with profound cultural heritage, fresh life style and rich industrial cluster accumulation. We hope to take cultural and creative IP design as the theme, to show the Jinjiang spirit of "dare to be the first, willing to fight and to win", present Jinjiang culture, explore Jinjiang good things, and spread Jinjiang stories. "Good things in the city are founded, stories of Jinjiang are told ", we expect designers to consider Jinjiang cultural characteristics, then show them in the creation of works, focus on the rich Jinjiang urban culture, and design Jinjiang urban IP with great creativity and wide influence. We encourage designers to combine the industrial characteristics of Jinjiang with the consumption scene of cultural tourism, and pay attention to the completeness and commercial transformation of works. With design as the voice of Jinjiang, with creativity as the representative of Jinjiang, create batches of cultural and creative designs on behalf of Jinjiang, helping Jinjiang cultural tourism to improve and develop well.
